Being heard and respected

General Election · November 3, 2026
There's a lot to love about Hesperia, and I'm optimistic about what it can become. We can make this city even better than it already is. That's why I'm running for Hesperia City Council, District 2.
Why I'm running
My whole life, I've believed that if there's a problem, you should be part of the solution. Sports, church, wherever I see something I can help with, I step in, not because someone made me, but because helping others is a joy, and I see it as my duty.
I've lived here more than 20 years. This city has been good to me and my family. We love our community and the people who live here.
But I hit the same pothole on the same street for the third year running, and thought: at some point, somebody has to actually fix it. For most of my time here, things ran fairly well. Not lately.
I'm running because Hesperia deserves leaders who show up, tell the truth, and treat your trust like it matters. This isn't entertainment. It's fixing what's broken, and being straight about it while we do.

What's actually going on
I'm committed to making sure every resident who raises a concern gets a clear answer and feels respected for speaking up.
Hesperia needs leaders who'll go out and attract new business: retail, entertainment, things we don't have to drive down the hill for just to have a night out.
Potholes deep enough to knock your coffee out of the cupholder, and street water pipe leaks that sit unrepaired for months while the water, and our money, just run into the gutter.
Residents deserve to see it clearly, not a PDF buried four clicks deep on a website nobody visits.
Accountability shouldn't just be a word on a flyer. It should be how the city runs.
I want to hear from you. Email me your thoughts, ideas, and concerns for Hesperia. I read them all.
About David
I've called Hesperia home since 2006. I'm the founder and CEO of Productive IT Solutions, a company I built from the ground up that acts as the IT department for dental offices, medical practices, and small businesses that don't have one of their own, handling everything from cybersecurity and data protection to network reliability, compliance, and day-to-day tech support.
Running my own business gave me a straightforward standard for public service: show up, do what you said you'd do, and be honest about the numbers. Innovative thinking is at the core of how I run my business, and I want to bring that same spirit of innovation to the city, finding smarter, more efficient ways to solve problems instead of settling for how things have always been done. That's the standard I'm bringing to District 2.
